About the role
- Reporting to the Vice President of Clinic Operations, you'll play a key role in improving our company-level fundamentals across medical quality training, team development, member experience and operational excellence.
- This role requires a leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership.
- You'll spend 90% of your time in clinics across your region, with occasional travel to other markets.
Responsibilities
- Support, mentor, and develop Clinic Managers and other leaders to ensure a high-performing team.
- Lead talent planning to create a pipeline of future leaders and ensure clinics are staffed with top talent.
- Drive leading performance indicators across your leadership teams, with mastery of productive schedules, comprehensive care and a culture of development and coaching.
- Drive performance by focusing on key inputs that impact clinic success, including membership growth and appointment optimization.
- Own P&L accountability for your clinics, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of new processes, systems, and initiatives.
- Support end-to-end clinic openings, from staffing to operational readiness.
- Collaborate on clinic-specific growth strategies, balancing member acquisition and retention.
- Build a culture of pipeline building and reputation management at the clinic and regional level.

Compensation
- $130,000 - $160,000 USD
