About the role
- Join our team as a FT Independently Licensed IOP Clinician!
- Monday- Thursday 11am-9pm The Recovery Village Palm Beach at Baptist Health is a center that connects clients in southeast Florida and beyond to life-changing addiction treatment.
- RVPB currently consists of an 88-bed inpatient facility in Lake Worth, Florida.
Responsibilities
- This Clinician will collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan and assist in coordinating discharge planning.
- This includes the following documents: a.
- Admission Documents and Consent b.
- Manages aftercare recommendations and support that will prepare patient for maintaining successful recovery.
