About the role
- Since 1970, Salud has been committed to providing a Medical Home to patients, where medical, dental, behavioral health services, and clinical pharmacists work together and coordinate efforts in a team-based system of care.
- We're seeking a Part-Time / 2.5 Days per week Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Salud Family Health in Sterling, CO.
Responsibilities
- At Salud, our Physician Assistants & Nurse Practitioners approach their tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change.
Requirements
- Must have graduated or been graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- We serve all individuals regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay.
Nice to have
- 3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant preferred
Skills
- The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred
- Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must

Compensation
- Starting Annual Salary - $65,611 to $84,361
