About the role

Own project scope, quality, schedule, and budget for data center white space electrical construction projects.
Monitor and update construction schedules, communicate progress and risks, and manage client expectations.
Identify, negotiate, and document scope changes, change orders, and justified schedule extensions.
Drive troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for construction and equipment-related issues.
Lead overall construction quality control, perform field quality inspections, and enforce Align and client standards.
Support commissioning activities and resolve construction-related issues identified during testing.
Ensure installed systems match approved designs and that final "as-built" conditions meet Align, client, and engineering standards.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including statements of work, budgets, schedules, status reports, design documents, drawing markups, and commissioning deliverables.
Update and maintain internal design specifications, drawings, and standards based on lessons learned and evolving best practices.
Support procurement activities including scope definition, bid clarification, and vendor coordination.
