About the role
- Acts as a resource for nutrition information for medical staff.
- Experience Qualifications - Hospital or ambulatory clinic experience.

Responsibilities
- Obtains nutrition history and conducts a nutrition assessment. Makes recommendations for nutrition support, enteral and parenteral nutrition.
- Teaches nutrition and diet therapy to hospital personnel, community groups, and Nutritional Services team members. Performs in-service training to At Your Request team members
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Makes recommendations for nutrition support, enteral and parenteral nutrition.
- Develops and implements plan of care based on assessment of nutritional needs and available sources.

Compensation
- Abide by Stormont Vail's Remote Worker Policy and will review and acknowledge the Remote Work Agreement annually.
