About the role
- Box Office Representatives assist customers with the selection and purchase of their tickets, while providing helpful information and a high level of customer service.
- Box Office Representatives are commonly the first point of contact for guests attending a match, so they set the tone for the entire fan experience.
- Box Office Representatives greet each guest and respond to each request in a friendly and polite manner, while giving guidance and direction for any further needs.
Responsibilities
- Ability to maintain professional appearance, which includes dressing in business casual attire. Uniform shirts will be provided (no shorts, sweatpants, or jeans).
Requirements
- Must have basic math skills
Compensation
