Responsibilities
- Execute emergency procedures and provide operational support during irregular situations.

Requirements
- Prepare, review, and amend flight plans as required.
- Restricted Radio Operator Certificate required.
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and demonstrated ability to use collaborative digital tools and AI solutions (e.g., Copilot).
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

- In collaboration with the Manager, the flight dispatcher is responsible for ensuring the safety, operational control, and efficiency of flights under their responsibility.
- The person in this role plays a critical part in supporting safe and efficient operations by analyzing flight conditions, anticipating operational challenges, and making real-time decisions.
