About the role
- About the Opportunity Healthcare Gap Year Program Manager - The Roux Institute This position is responsible for all aspects of development and implementation of the Healthcare Gap Year program.
- This includes medical, vision, dental, paid time off, tuition assistance, wellness & life, retirement- as well as commuting & transportation.
- Salary ranges are reviewed regularly and are subject to change.
Responsibilities
- Work with partner organizations and Roux faculty to create and collect program outcome measures;
- Serve as the primary contact for all partner organizations;
- Administer wraparound services for participants, including career mapping, and coordination of programming to support employment experience and future career success;
Requirements
- Coordinate submission of required reports to funders and stakeholders

- Bachelor's Degree plus 3-5 years relevant professional experience

Compensation
- $53,615.00 - $75,728.75
- With the pay range(s) shown above, the starting salary will depend on several factors, which may include your education, experience, location, knowledge and expertise, and skills as well as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role.
