About the role
- The Department Assistant, Property Management will focus exclusively on supporting the Director of Property Management & assigned Stream Market within property management in various capacities including vendor contract review, coordination of meetings and events, and assisting with the transition of new and new Property Management employees.
Responsibilities
- Administrative support of Director as needed.
- Manage, maintain, organize, and be responsible for the vendor contract approval/execution process, ensuring that all contracts are completed accurately.
- Maintain the electronic filing system.
- Maintain current information on under management.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules appointments, maintain calendars, and assist with travel itineraries and conference room reservations (including coordination of lunch meetings and site visits with PM teams)
- Create and find content for newsletters and bulletins.
- Skills- anticipating and proactively determining the needs of others and willingness to collaborate with others.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Prior project management experience is preferred.

- Support annual audits of Property Managers for SOC1 compliance.
