About the role

  • Joseph, MO (Pear Street) Pay: Starting at $25.50/hr.
  • Joseph, Missouri Dry Assembly Plant (DAP) opened in 1973 and now employs more than 860 people.
  • The facility manufactures automotive and marine batteries and has been recognized by several global automotive manufacturers for supplier excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality inspections and maintain production records
  • Support a clean, organized work environment by adhering to 5S standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work 8-hour or 12-hour shifts, including weekends and overtime as required
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE (uniform, safety shoes, safety glasses, earplugs, respirators)
  • Weekend shift: 11:00am-11:00pm OR 11:00pm-11:00am (work 24 hours, paid for 32 hours; OT may be required to cover weekday shifts)

Nice to have

  • 1+ year of experience in manufacturing preferred

Compensation

  • Annual bonus opportunity (4% of gross wages)
