About the role

  • Our solutions foster the collaboration that's critical for safer communities, safer schools, safer hospitals, safer businesses, and ultimately, safer nations.
  • Making our systems and solutions hybrid ready is a key component of the practice office.
  • Target Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, or Associates, or Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Architecture, or Networking.

Nice to have

  • Windows Server 2022 or newer
  • SQL Server 2022 or newer
  • Must have solid networking knowledge and experience setting up firewalls (Fortinet) and load balancers (F5).
  • Must have networking and trouble shooting skills to test connections and identify issue and resolution.
  • Must have Cloud Deployment knowledge and experiece (DEVOPS) and deployment of cloud services (SaaS solutions) and on-prem system environments.
  • Must be a self motivated team player
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • The position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy".

Skills

  • Great verbal and written commuication is preferred.
  • The ability to present and train others on technical processes as the position requires.
  • Public Safety experience is preferred.
  • 10+ years of professional experience including Product Deployment and Integration, Product Testing, or Poduct Development.

Compensation

  • Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
  • Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • $110,000 - $120,000 USD
