Responsibilities
- Support veterinarians with patient care, exams, surgery, anesthesia, and recovery.
- Perform technical duties such as lab work, radiographs, injections, and IV catheter placement.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of veterinary experience is required.
- Familiarity with DEA, OSHA, and hospital safety guidelines.
- The overnight position requires 12-hour shifts (8 PM - 8 AM.) Shifts rotate between weekdays and weekends, with availability required on holidays.
- Knowledgeable about common disease states and able to alert veterinarians to changes in patient conditions.
