About the role

Projects will entail a combination of unbiased discovery and hypothesis-driven research to derive causal relationships between pathways contributing to human disease.
You will be responsible for the generation of large-scale datasets, derivation of causal models and follow up mechanistic investigations of novel findings.
You will be responsible for the development and training of deep-learning models to learn embedded representations from high-dimensional data with state-of-the-art predictive power.

Candidates must have a Ph.D. in cell and molecular biology, genomics, genetics, immunology, computational sciences, computational biology, biostatistics or a related discipline.

Strong computational skills to derive mechanistic insights would be advantageous.
Highly motivated and capable of independent work in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.
Previous experience with proteomics is not required.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of South San Francisco California is $100,000 and $106,500.
