Position Requirements and Qualifications
Licensed NP, PA, DO, or MD.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well within a collaborative team
Proficient in EMR Cerbo and/or Zenoti (a plus)
Analytical and critical thinking skills with a commitment to high-quality, empathetic patient care

Functional Health Provider - Ageless Health Institute
We are looking to hire an experienced Functional Health provider at Ageless Health Institute.
Develop and modify personalized treatment plans, order and review lab work, assess and address changes in patient health, and prescribe medications and peptides as appropriate.
Patient Care: Conduct initial consultations, manage ongoing patient interactions, document medical histories and notes, and perform clinical procedures, including injections and subcutaneous pellet implantations.
Comfortable with social media use for educational purposes
