About the role

  • As a video editor / motion graphics designer, you excel at creating complex animations using a variety of motion graphics and editing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for video content and motion graphics projects.
  • Support the creative team in storyboard creation, script development, and project planning.
  • Learn to design and produce basic motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and others.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements, provide input, and contribute to project execution.
  • Maintain organized files and assets, and follow established workflows and processes to ensure efficient production.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
  • 2 year related experience and/or training
  • Required Computer and/or Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with motion design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Skills

  • Should have basic to intermediate knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite.

Compensation

  • $62,000-$73,000 with 10% bonus.

Benefits

  • Employees may be asked to perform additional duties outside of normal job scope on a temporary basis per company policy. $62,000-$73,000; 10% bonus target.
  • This role will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401k, sick leave, parental leave, and company paid time off plan.
