About the role
- As a video editor / motion graphics designer, you excel at creating complex animations using a variety of motion graphics and editing tools.

Responsibilities
- Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for video content and motion graphics projects.
- Support the creative team in storyboard creation, script development, and project planning.
- Learn to design and produce basic motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and others.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements, provide input, and contribute to project execution.
- Maintain organized files and assets, and follow established workflows and processes to ensure efficient production.

Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
- 2 year related experience and/or training
- Required Computer and/or Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with motion design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Skills
- Should have basic to intermediate knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite.
Compensation
- $62,000-$73,000 with 10% bonus.
Benefits
- Employees may be asked to perform additional duties outside of normal job scope on a temporary basis per company policy. $62,000-$73,000; 10% bonus target.
- This role will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401k, sick leave, parental leave, and company paid time off plan.
