Axos Bank Target Range: $140,000/Yr. - $160,000/Yr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Own the operating cadence - business reviews, cross-functional forums, and executive reporting rhythms.
Drive alignment across product, marketing, lending, deposits, risk, and operations around shared performance metrics.
Engage partners to track initiative progress and hold the organization accountable to performance commitments.
Translate performance data into clear executive narratives that drive decisions, not just reporting.
Serve as thought partner to the Head of Strategy as business management evolves with Axos's growth.
Strategic thinker deeply fluent in data - you build narratives and drive decisions, not just report numbers.
This is a newly created role within the Strategy & Analytics function, designed to build the operating layer around our centralized performance capability - the nervous system of our consumer business.
You'll step in as the consulting-minded leader at the heart of how our consumer organization runs - advising business heads, driving key initiatives, and ensuring every partner is aligned on what matters most.

Experience running operating rhythms with rigor: business reviews, forums, initiative tracking, executive reporting.
Bachelor's degree; advanced degree a plus
