The MEP Estimator II is responsible for the development of accurate and comprehensive material takeoffs, cost estimates, and supporting documentation for in various project types and construction phases for mechanical and plumbing systems.

Maintain all required documentation in accordance with GF quality and record-keeping standards.

Experience with Trimble Autobid Mechanical preferred.
Requires familiarity with AutoDesk software (focusing on AutoCAD and Revit), Microsoft Operating Systems, and Microsoft Office platforms.
Experienced knowledge of estimating techniques, commercial or industrial piping systems, construction methods, building materials, pipe sizing, and model codes is required.
Must demonstrate a professional attitude and demeanor.
Must be detail orientated, work well under pressure, and be able to meet deadlines.

Applicable to US job postings only (not Canada): The expected compensation range for this position is $29.25-$43.87/hour.
