About the role
- The Technical Program Manager will oversee multiple projects, bridging product and engineering teams to ensure that the team's vision and direction translate into seamless execution.
- Occasional leadership reporting and stakeholder presentations are part of the role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and dependencies.
- Manage resource allocation.
- Drive operational excellence and process improvements.
- Create and maintain program documentation.
- Develop mitigation strategies.
- This person will work cross-functionally across program design, product development, data, compliance, security, infrastructure, and support teams.
Requirements
- 2-4 years minimum of program or project management experience focused on software engineering
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager
- Proficiency in program management software and tools.
Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Collaborative and self-directed; can work independently without constant direction.
- Comfortable with rolling up and drilling down information depending on the audience.
- Bachelors Degree in engineering or a related field
- Onsite availability in office in Palo Alto (3 days/week)
- PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Desirable Skills
- Tools: Notion, Claude, Smartsheets or comparable project management software (open to alternatives).
Compensation
- The pay range for this role is between $75 - $100/hour, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
