About the role
- As a Performance Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to a portfolio of automotive dealerships.
- By combining data analysis, industry best practices, and Activix solutions-including our CRM platform and Matador-you will help clients achieve sustainable performance improvements while developing long-term business relationships and ensuring their ongoing success.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients and build long-term trusted relationships.
- Present actionable recommendations to optimize sales, follow-up, and customer retention processes.
- Drive the adoption and effective use of Activix solutions, including our CRM platform and Matador.
- Develop action plans, monitor progress, and measure results.
- Identify emerging client needs and recommend the most appropriate solutions, modules, or services to support their business objectives.
- Manage service agreement renewals by maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and demonstrating the ongoing value of Activix solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Technical Support, and Product teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Document client interactions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Proven ability to grow existing accounts and identify expansion opportunities through a consultative approach.
Nice to have
- Experience in the automotive industry or working with automotive dealerships.
- Experience in account management, consulting, customer success, business coaching, or business development.
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes and performance metrics.
- Experience with CRM platforms or SaaS solutions.
- Bilingual in English and French.
