About the role
- We're looking for a seasoned Lead Network Engineer to design, implement, secure, and support enterprise network environments across a diverse client base.
- You'll serve as our senior technical resource and escalation point, mentor junior engineers, and build trusted advisor relationships with clients.
- This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on complexity, values craftsmanship, and wants to lead-not just execute.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable network infrastructures across multiple client environments
- Lead network architecture, implementation, migration, and modernization projects
- Manage firewall, VPN, SD-WAN, wireless, routing, and switching technologies
- develop and maintain documentation, standards, and diagrams
- Leverage monitoring and automation tools to drive operational efficiency
- Build trusted client relationships through technical expertise and exceptional service
- Enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN, VPN, SD-WAN design and support
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on network engineering experience supporting enterprise environments
- Experience mentoring technical staff and leading as a senior escalation resource
- Experience with Azure/AWS networking and cybersecurity frameworks
Nice to have
- MSP or service provider background
