About the role
- The Senior Treasury Associate supports and monitors the daily execution of corporate treasury operations, investigates and resolves transactional issues, contributes to cash forecasting, and delivers accurate cash reporting.
- The role collaborates cross-functionally with Treasury and Finance teams to support the broader organization and drives process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash management activities: cash positioning, daily reporting, payments, and FX conversions
- Grow and maintain banking relationships
- Support short- and long-term cash forecasting, including the weekly 13-week forecast deliverable
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting per internal policies and credit facilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the finance team on capability-level projects and KPIs
- Identify, evaluate, and implement treasury-process improvements to mitigate risk, boost efficiency, and reduce costs
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of cash management practices
- 5% of international travel to other Metrea offices may be required.
- It enables groups to self-organize around hard problems, shift fluidly as priorities evolve, and operate with the trust, curiosity, and discipline required in a complex mission space.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require.

- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of accounting/finance/treasury/banking experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
