Responsibilities

  • HVAC Expertise: Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on all HVAC systems, including replacing components and properly handling refrigerants.
  • General Maintenance: Perform skilled repairs in areas such as plumbing (unclogging drains, fixing leaks) and electrical systems (replacing fixtures, switches, and ballasts).

Skills

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC technician.
  • A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
  • Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems and strong skills in general maintenance, including plumbing and electrical.
  • Physical ability to lift over 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions.

  • Your Role as an HVAC Maintenance Technician
  • You will be our go-to expert for all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Your primary role will involve diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment across the property.
  • While HVAC is your specialty, you will also apply your broad maintenance skills to plumbing, electrical, and other general repairs to ensure our community is kept in top condition.
  • This position will be required to respond to after-hours on-call maintenance emergencies on a rotating schedule.
  • Resident Service: Respond to and complete resident work orders efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
