Responsibilities

Project Managers use a variety of problem solving and project management skills and methodologies to drive the full lifecycle of project delivery from planning through implementation of people, process, and technology solutions.

Requirements

Experience in IT including 7-10 years of experience supporting Investment Technology projects in the financial services industry.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Excellent organizational skills and strong hands-on project management capabilities including experience with project management best practices, standards, and methodologies, e.g. waterfall, agile, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, react positively to change and re-prioritize when required.
ensure ongoing commitment of all stakeholders whose buy-in is required for the successful delivery of the project.
Understanding of trading workflows and data platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $280,000 per year.

The candidate must be able to successfully collaborate with senior management, vendors and service providers to execute project deliverables.
include end-to-end project planning, prioritization, dependency management and project execution.
The candidate must be able to collaborate effectively, work independently as well as in teams, communicate effectively at all levels, and work on multiple initiatives that are running in parallel.
Prior experience in the investment management industry as an IT project manager is highly preferred.
Experience in an institutional investment management firm supporting IT projects is preferred.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $280,000 per year.
