Responsibilities
- Drive Operational Excellence: Understand and drive the proper execution of the HS&E and Quality foundations.
- Act as a coach for the EO to drive progress, perfect execution of the SWP and improvement of the standards.
- Propose and implement solutions that streamline processes, eliminate failures, and reduce manual intervention.
- Provide training and support to team members on the effective use of digital solutions to ensure widespread adoption.
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of digital systems and processes.
- from Day1; you will have ownership for your work plan from the beginning and will have important projects and responsibilities to deliver
Requirements
- Ability to flex, extend, and rotate neck
- The ability to work at heights & climb stairs/ladders/platforms, etc., on and around equipment.
- The ability to meet the requirements of safe operation and personal safety, including wearing PPE and the ability to respond appropriately to various visual and audible alarms and signals
- The ability to enter and work in enclosed areas.
- The ability to work in extreme temperatures both hot and cold, generally in warehouse conditions including wide variances in temperature, dust and dirt.
- Ability to position & move cases of product, bottles, connect hoses, handle glass flasks and bottles, etc. (may include grasping)
- Overtime: Overtime may be required on weekends and/or holidays.

- We are looking to fill a future vacancy for an Automation Team Leader to join our team in Brantford, Ontario at our Greater Toronto Fulfillment Centre (GTFC).
- This is an on-shift role which may require early morning, evening, and overnight shift work.
