About the role
- Best Mexican Foods is looking for a motivated, bi-lingual (Spanish/English) and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as credit, sales, and logistics to resolve customer issues.
- Assist with sales reporting and achieving individual and team sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor accounts receivable and perform collections activities to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account statuses.
- In this role, you will manage customer accounts, support sales efforts, and ensure timely collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.

- Bilingual English and Spanish required Previous experience in sales, customer service, or collections preferred.
Compensation
- Competitive salary with performance bonuses. $20-22/hour plus Commission
