Perform ad-hoc projects and financial analysis to support senior management and strategic business decisions.
Lead system and process improvement initiatives to support our growth and drive efficiencies that help us scale and automate FP&A processes

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field from a top academic institution
Expert-level ability to parse large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within a global technology stack.
Strong financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, and planning skills with an ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
Exceptional communication skills with the "executive presence" required to influence senior leaders and stakeholders across diverse functional areas.

Orientation towards eliminating spreadsheets and slideware through the use of AI tools, including Claude in Excel, Office Connect
Demonstrated willingness to adopt AI-powered tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and analytical depth.
Experience using AI assistants, copilots, or automation tools in a professional context is a plus.

Lead the monthly consolidated close process, quarterly forecast, and annual planning to ensure investment and resource allocations are aligned with Unity's strategic priorities
Note: This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position.
Gross pay salary
$95,000 - $118,700 USD
