About the role
- As a Body Shop Estimator, you will examine damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical, electrical, and interior damage.
- You will prepare accurate repair estimates, work closely with insurance companies and customers, and help ensure repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing a high-volume workload.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, internet proficiency, and general math skills.
- Ability to confidently manage a high volume of estimates in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CCC Pathways and/or CCC ONE preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
