About the role
- Job Description: Logistics Specialist Rubicon is seeking a Logistics Specialist supporting the Polyurethanes Division located in Geismar, Louisiana.
- This position will report to the PU Americas Logistics Manager.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or analytics.
- Experience with SAP, TMS, Power BI, and advanced Excel.

- Analyze freight, warehouse, carrier, and OTIF performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve supply chain performance.
- Assist with capacity planning for warehouses, transload sites, railcars, leased equipment, and transportation resources.
- Track and report results of logistics improvement projects, including cost savings and productivity gains.
- Serve as a liaison with warehouses, transload facilities, carriers, railroads, and third-party logistics providers.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
