About the role
- SUMMARY: Responsible for expertly managing the internal service process and relationships for assigned property and casualty clients in our Life Science & Digital Healthcare Practice.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience is required.
- Proven excellence in customer service, exhibiting the highest standards of professionalism, diplomacy, and tact.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and a demonstrated ability to quickly master and leverage new technologies.
- Highly resourceful and proactive, with a strong track record of initiative, creative problem-solving, and driving process improvements.
- Visionary project planner, recognized for expertise in strategic planning and continuous process optimization.
- Ability to train, delegate, provide oversight and give feedback.
- Required Certificates, Licenses, Registration:
- Resident Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.

- In-Depth Knowledge of Life Science, Biotechnology, Digital Healthcare and/or Telemedicine industry verticals highly preferred.
- Exceptional communicator with advanced skills in written, verbal, and presentation formats, including public speaking.
- Strategic relationship builder, trusted to foster and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Effective team leader with a history of successfully training, delegating, and delivering constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
- Agile and adaptable, consistently responding to dynamic environments while proactively addressing issues and client needs.
- Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities - skilled at prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and consistently meeting deadlines in fast-paced settings.

Compensation
- The pay range for this position in California, Washington, Colorado, and New York at the commencement of employment is expected to be between $77,100 - $120,500.

- May require seasonal or intermittent traveling to visit clients, prospects and insurers.
- This is a US-remote or hybrid role with the opportunity to work from any of Newfront's office locations.
- Will be considered hybrid if living within 25 miles of a Newfront office location.
