About the role
- Oversee Service Technicians and Senior Service Technicians across both trades
- Establish performance expectations and accountability standards
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a positive, high-performance team culture
- Develop technicians through coaching, mentoring, and training
- Build leadership depth within the department
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Drive service department revenue growth
- Lead all HVAC and Plumbing service operations
- Create consistency across service delivery and customer experience
- Create career paths and advancement opportunities
- Ensure technicians have the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed
Requirements
- Strong understanding of HVAC and/or plumbing service operations required
- Experience managing performance metrics and accountability
- High Degree of Autonomy and Impact
Nice to have
- Mechanical service leadership experience preferred
