Requirements

  • Expert proficiency in English (C1 or C2 levels - speak, read, write).
  • 3 years of experience in IT Asset management, preferably within a Free Trade Zone environment
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to conduct meetings with external vendors
  • Experience with documenting processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency with data management

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in an IT asset management role preferred but not required
  • Post-secondary degree strongly preferred

Skills

  • Monthly reporting of all IT hardware and software assets.
  • Performs regular audits of the organization's IT assets.
  • Assists with onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Adjusts excess licenses as needed with software licensing terms.
  • Monitors procurement and deployment of software and other IT-related assets.
  • Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Procures all end-user hardware requests.
  • Directs and oversees the deployment of hardware and software assets to ensure established procedures are followed.
  • Oversees the PC Lifecycle, including the planning process for asset acquisition, replacement, and disposal.
  • Determines key metrics to evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of asset management plans and strategies.
  • Participates in stakeholder relationships to identify and analyze opportunities for improved asset usage across functional areas.
  • Stay current on any trends or emerging risks relevant to the industry.
