The performance of this role directly affects high level executives and principals.
The working hours for this position will be, 40 hours per week on a Thursday - Monday schedule.

The incumbent must possess the operational and technical knowledge of secure phones and Ricoh/ILEX classified fax machine.

Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree desirable, but may be substituted with equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5-7 years general telecommunications experience.
Knowledge of Tandberg and/or other equivalent Video Teleconferencing systems desirable.
Must be able to follow established policies and regulations with exact precision, attention to detail is a must for this position.
The incumbent must be in good health to deal with long hours occasionally needed in emergency situations.
Must operate frequently in high intensity situations and under pressure.
Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office and other PC based applications that may be used in the maintenance of documentation and records.
Must provide as requested, either daily and/or weekly status reports to Supervisor.
Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship and an Active Top Secret clearance are required.
