- This role requires a highly experienced manufacturing professional who combines strong technical troubleshooting capabilities with leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary manufacturing support lead for designated production lines or value streams.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to operators, team leads, and supervisors on manufacturing-related issues.
- Provide direct hands-on process support to manufacturing lines to ensure daily production targets are achieved.
- Support recovery plans and drive execution to minimize downtime and maximize production output.
- Develop practical containment actions while driving permanent corrective solutions.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods on solid surfaces.
- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Computer systems knowledge including proficiency with MS Office programs.
Nice to have
- 2-4 years of related experience in high-complexity production environment
- welding experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing methods, and TIG welding techniques preferred.
