About the role
- Ability to plan and oversee the repairs with limited supervision.
- Has the ability to help train other employees in the functions and processes in the department.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Uses appropriate equipment, tooling, drawings, work scopes, procedures, specifications and documentation to perform the primary function.
Requirements
- Advance knowledge of lifting, rigging, crane and forklift operations.
- Advanced knowledge and accuracy in using various measuring devices: micrometers, indicators, calipers, gauges, and other required tools necessary to perform the job.
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Advanced rigging capabilities
- Advanced measuring capabilities
- Experienced with turbines, compressors and other rotating equipment
