Responsibilities
- support vacuum isolation valves, fittings, specialized mechanical systems, and heater systems products.
- In this role, you will make a meaningful impact by contributing to the design and development of advanced mechanical
- Collaborate with a team of product design engineers focused on vacuum isolation valve development, custom mechanical manifold solutions, and heating products.
- ○ Contribute to the design, 3D modeling, and creation of detailed engineering drawings for new products and assemblies, including machined, welded, and functional components.
- ○ Work closely with engineering teams to maintain and improve product documentation, driving enhancements in product efficiency, quality, and revenue performance.
- ○ Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams throughout the product development, launch, and scale-up to volume production to ensure designs are manufacturable and reliable.
- ○ Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including concept development, feasibility validation, design, prototyping, testing, and production release.
- ○ Ensure all products meet quality standards, performance expectations, and regulatory requirements through thorough testing, validation, and design verification processes.
Skills
- Experience with advanced applications of GD&T.
- Experience with Engineering Change Order creation in a PLM tool.
- Experience working with vacuum systems and/or related technology.
- Compensation and
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
- 3 or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor) and Engineering Print creation.
- Knowledge of Engineering Change Order Process
- Technical experience in product development and manufacturing.
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Compensation
- $70,000 to $100,000 per year.
- This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on
- a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted
