About the role
- Reporting & Variance Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date financial reports, providing clear explanations for variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting and data collection processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will play a key part in the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Utilize Oracle HFM/Essbase (or similar EPM systems) to manage data consolidation, perform queries, and ensure data integrity within financial reports.
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models in Excel to support business cases, trend analysis, and departmental performance tracking.
- Collaborate with various business units to gather financial data and present findings in a clear, concise manner to non-finance partners.
