Responsibilities
- Rapidly ship high-quality, intuitive products prioritizing usability, responsiveness, and elegant design across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product and design, proactively driving decisions to ensure every interaction feels intuitive, high-quality, and white-glove.
- Own key technical decisions across the full stack, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable infrastructure, while shaping how proprietary data and AI transform recruiting.
- Independently drive technical decisions end-to-end and deeply committed to shaping transformative products.
Requirements
- Your work will directly affect millions, shaping how industries and workforces are built worldwide What You Bring ✅ 3+ years full-stack engineering experience (frontend and backend)
Nice to have
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field preferred (not mandatory if experience is strong).
