About the role
- Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day manufacturing operations for an assigned area and shift.
Responsibilities
- Train and develop team members
- Maintain accurate records and prepare production reports

- Supervise and coordinate activities of production employees
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Monitor workflow and adjust staffing as needed
- Address and resolve operational issues
- Communicate effectively with management and other departments
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)
- Experience in manufacturing or production supervision
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Compensation
- $77,800.00 - $97,300.00
- The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
