Responsibilities

- Perform administrative tasks that support daily pharmacy operations.
- Create purchase orders and assist with routine office and pharmacy administrative functions.
- Support adherence to organizational policies, safety standards, and pharmacy procedures.
- Utilize problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to support a productive team environment.
- KPA 1- Front-End Customer Service & Patient Support
- KPA 2- Pharmacy Operations & Administrative Support
- Support performance improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
- Previous retail, customer service, or pharmacy support experience preferred.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Maintain organized filing systems for prescriptions, pharmacy records, and required documentation.
- Maintain required competencies and complete ongoing training necessary for the position.
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software.
Nice to have
- Bilingual proficiency preferred.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a patient-focused approach.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, motivation, and accountability.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ability to operate standard office and pharmacy equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
