About the role

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on construction experience, comfort operating in regulated and high-consequence environments, and the ability to bridge engineering, quality, safety, and craft execution.
This is an on-site position in Idaho Falls, ID.

8+ years of construction experience across heavy civil, infrastructure, industrial, or mission-critical facilities
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, means and methods
Experience with RFIs, submittals, inspections, ITPs, and turnover documentation
Proven ability to coordinate field activities across multiple disciplines and stakeholders
You don't need or expect to have a lot of guidance but you enjoy working in a fast-paced team.
For the first two weeks of onboarding, employees are required to be in person at headquarters in Santa Clara, CA.

Salary: $110,000-$135,000
