Responsibilities

- Acts as a resource and connector by helping people find answers, information, and support.

- Effectively manages multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- One to three years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent attraction, employee experience, human resources, or related support functions preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
- Experience working with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
