About the role

The Implementation Project Manager acts as both a subject matter expert and client advisor, influencing outcomes, managing risk, and ensuring seamless transitions into ongoing service delivery while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Lead end-to-end implementation projects across EOR and Managed Services offerings.
Create, manage, and maintain detailed multi-workstream project plans.
Coordinate across internal operational teams, partners, and stakeholders.
Partner with Sales and Client Success to ensure seamless handoff and long-term success.
Champion client experience and drive strong CSAT/WSAT outcomes.

Proven experience as an Implementation or Project Manager in a client-facing role.

Strong project management, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Experience with HR, Payroll, Global Employment, Accounting or Entity Management preferred.
