- Recently, the line was named "Europe's Leading Cruise Line" for the sixth consecutive year, as well as "Caribbean's Leading Cruise Line" and "World's Leading Large Ship Cruise Line" by the World Travel Awards.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in order to clearly communicate with guests and articulate cruise products and promotions; and work with team members from various departments.
Nice to have
- 2 years selling experience in call center highly preferred.
- 2-years sales and customer service experience preferred.
Skills
- Knowledge of or ability to learn company product to include full suite of amenities and sales promotions.
- Ability to maximize sales and increase revenue.
- Ability to handle high-volume sales call center environment and shift priorities per business demands.
- Ability to remain in a seated/stationary position for long periods of time (up to 3 hours), within reasonable accommodation.
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills, in order to effectively communicate with direct guests on the telephone and internally.
