About the role
- This role is responsible for driving sustainable growth, margin expansion, operational excellence, and competitive product solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business and product strategies based on customer needs, technology trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.
- Lead cross-functional alignment, resource prioritization, and execution across commercial, technical, and operational priorities.
- Partner closely with manufacturing and quality teams to improve capacity, yield, cost, supply continuity, change execution, and customer delivery.
- Support strategic customer engagements and translate customer requirements into actionable plans with clear priorities.
- Strong ability of coordination and prioritization to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive decisions in a complex global organization with executive presentation skills.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management, business management, marketing, operations, or related leadership roles within the semiconductor or advanced materials industry.
- Strong business, financial and people acumen, including experience with pricing, profitability, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field
Compensation
- $147,000 to $196,500 per year with actual pay dependent on candidate
- Annual Bonus Eligible
