This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with business leaders, compliance teams, and legal stakeholders while advising on innovative technology, digital products, and AI-related initiatives.
We tackle complex legal matters across 12 practice areas for clients ranging from Fortune 100 to SMBs, empowering our legal professionals to engage in meaningful work that advances their careers.

Manage the full contract lifecycle from initial intake through negotiation, execution, and post-signature support.
Partner cross-functionally with business, compliance, privacy, procurement, and operational teams to facilitate efficient deal execution and mitigate legal risk.
Support legal operations initiatives, including outside counsel management, contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, vendor onboarding, and process improvements.
Help drive the integration and optimization of legal processes across evolving business operations.
In this role, you will partner with leading organizations to negotiate complex commercial agreements, streamline legal operations, and support strategic business initiatives.
Covering North America, the UK, Europe, and APAC, we enable legal departments to drive efficiency and growth and meet the demands of today's business landscape with best in class alterative legal services.

Experience managing the full contract lifecycle from intake through execution.
Ability to balance legal risk with practical business objectives.
Significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
Strong background supporting technology transactions, including SaaS agreements and data processing agreements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Must be open to onsite in Irvine, CA.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced corporate environment.

10+ years of in-house legal experience.
Experience supporting legal operations, including contract management systems (CLM), outside counsel management, and vendor onboarding.
Familiarity with privacy, regulatory compliance, and technology-related legal issues.
Experience advising on AI, digital products, hardware, or emerging technology initiatives.
Experience working closely with cross-functional business teams and executive stakeholders.

The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.
Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
