Responsibilities
- Act as lead consultant in design, configuration and deployment of Infor HCM Suite including Global HR, Talent Acquisition, Performance & Goal, Compensation and Succession Management
- Provide end user training, testing support, client guidance and post live support
- Deliver on time and on project budget
- 3+ completed full-cycle implementations of Infor Cloudsuite HCM suite as a Infor partner or independent consultant
Requirements
- Infor HR/Talent Consultant with extensive experience in Infor HR/Talent.
- Experience with business process validation, system configuration, data conversions and migrations, system customization, testing, cutover planning & execution, go-live and end user support
- Experience with Configuration Console and Infor Process Automation is ideal
