Responsibilities
- Meetings - regular cadence of meetings with your DVMs, PM, leads, the NMD, other LDVMs
- Primarily responsible for your own patients - appointments, procedures, interpreting lab work, prescribing medication, following up; similar follow ups on clinic patients when primary vet is not in the clinic or available; Timely completion of charting and tasks expected
- Coach and support inexperienced doctors and support team members
- Develop positive relationships with the team
- Clearly and efficiently communicate wants / needs with the support team and leadership team

- Manage medical safety reports and medical quality
- Shadow appointments and review medical records with the intent to mentor as needed
- Partner with PM to support medical operational efficiency, member experience, and team development
- Actively participate in all team meetings to improve overall medical quality
