About the role

Meetings - regular cadence of meetings with your DVMs, PM, leads, the NMD, other LDVMs
Primarily responsible for your own patients - appointments, procedures, interpreting lab work, prescribing medication, following up; similar follow ups on clinic patients when primary vet is not in the clinic or available; Timely completion of charting and tasks expected
Coach and support inexperienced doctors and support team members
Develop positive relationships with the team
Clearly and efficiently communicate wants / needs with the support team and leadership team

You have a minimum of 5 years experience in clinic and love all things wellness, medicine, surgery and dentistry
Drives Juno vision and purpose within the clinic
Manage medical safety reports and medical quality
Shadow appointments and review medical records with the intent to mentor as needed
Partner with PM to support medical operational efficiency, member experience, and team development
Actively participate in all team meetings to improve overall medical quality

You are adaptable and flexible within your clinic environment and in the company as a whole
