Responsibilities
- Lead all facets of property tax compliance, encompassing the preparation, review, and filing of returns for real and personal property.
- Lead property tax audits, respond to notices, and resolve disputes with taxing authorities.
- Apply SAP systems to manage tax data, ensure accurate reporting, and drive process improvements.
- Partner with IT, finance, and accounting teams to maintain accurate fixed asset and property records in SAP.
- Analyze tax assessments and develop strategies to reduce overall property tax burden.
- Ability to lead projects, manage deadlines, and collaborate across departments.
- We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of real and personal property tax compliance, reporting, strategy, and special projects.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in property tax, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.
- General sales/use tax knowledge, including prior experience with compliance and tax exemption certification review.
- The ideal candidate should have a solid background in property tax regulations, assessments, and appeals.
- They must also have hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO, RE, or Tax modules) to manage and improve tax-related processes.

Compensation
- Manage the annual FBAR reporting process by gathering and verifying necessary information from internal collaborators.

- The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 218,500 USD.
