Responsibilities

  • Lead technical, operational, staffing, financial, and business activities.
  • Manage workforce planning, recruiting, retention, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Lead transition planning, surge operations, and workforce expansion efforts.
  • Provide executive oversight to Team Leads supporting multiple regional and functional mission portfolios.

  • The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of program execution, including mission performance, workforce management, customer engagement, quality assurance, financial management, transition activities, and operational excellence while ensuring exceptional support to the Government's evolving intelligence priorities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible leadership experience supporting the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or other national security organizations.
  • Proven experience managing staffing, recruiting, retention, customer relationships, quality assurance, financial performance, subcontractor management, and program risk.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting DDGI, Integrated Intelligence Centers (IICs), or enterprise intelligence integration missions.
  • Experience managing intelligence analysis or intelligence-enabling service contracts exceeding 500 FTEs.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience leading large-scale contract transitions and workforce stand-up efforts.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of the drug screening process.

Compensation

  • Details: 130,000 - 180,000 The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
  • Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and relevant laws.
