About the role
- The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) is responsible for monitoring compliance of signatories to the World Anti-Doping Code (Code).
- They will play an essential role in designing the software quality testing framework.
Responsibilities
- Ensure product quality throughout the development process via test design, execution and defect management
- Mission: WADA's mission is to lead a collaborative worldwide movement for doping-free sport.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of QA experience testing web/mobile applications;
- Proven success in planning, designing, executing and maintaining manual and automated test suites;
- Ability to interact with business analysts, testers and developers in their languages;
- No travel required;
- The successful candidate must have experience and knowledge of in manual and automated testing at the functional, integration and regression levels in an agile setting.
- Familiar with SQL and NoSQL databases, to investigate issues or generate test data;
- Excellent communication skills (explain, convince, persuade) in a coaching and mentoring role;
- Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail;
- Ability to write and maintain technical documentation;
- Excellent oral and written skills in one of the two WADA official languages (English/French) and very good command of the other official language; Additional languages would be an asset;
- Periodic work in the evening or on weekends;

- Il jouera un rôle essentiel dans la conception du cadre de tests de qualité logicielle.
- LES RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS
- Garantir la qualité du produit tout au long du processus de développement grâce à la conception, l'exécution et la gestion des défauts des contrôles;
- Veiller à ce que la stratégie de contrôle reste en phase avec les normes du secteur et l'évolution des produits;
- Effectuer des tests de régression et une vérification de la version;
